There is a quiet space between “I’m fine” and “I’m not coping.” It’s the space where many of us live.
Functioning, showing up, holding everything together, but underneath it all? Tired, stressed, disconnected.
The Mental Wellbeing Club was created for that space.
It is a community-led, human-centred mental wellbeing group rooted in safety, education and connection. A place where you can meet others, learn practical tools and gently reconnect with yourself, without judgement, labels or pressure.
This is not crisis intervention, this is prevention, this is support before things fall apart.
Who I Am and Why This Exists
For those of you who don’t know me I’m Silv Greenfield a Mental Wellbeing Practitioner and Certified Trauma-Informed Health & Wellness Coach.
My role isn’t to fix you, it isn’t to analyse you and it certainly isn’t to put you in a box. My role is to create a safe, regulated space where you can pause. A space where you can begin to understand what’s happening in your nervous system and learn tools that actually help in real life. Most people are not broken, they’re simply overwhelmed.
After 25 years in the fast-paced, pressure-driven world of the computer games industry, I reached a point where I simply could no longer cope. From the outside, I was functioning, on the inside, but I felt anxious, no longer like myself. I didn’t understand why my body was changing, why my capacity felt reduced or why the things that once grounded me no longer worked.
I wasn’t in crisis, but I was struggling.
At the time, support felt limited and inaccessible. Services were either clinical or reserved for crisis point and there was very little available for those of us living in that in-between space. That period became the catalyst for deep learning, self-inquiry and ultimately the path I now walk and gently guide others along. I left my career and embarked on a journey of self-discovery, born from my lived experience and my work is steeped in sharing and creating this awareness in others.
Why This Matters
So many people are stuck in survival mode without realising it, they just push through. They minimise their stress, they tell themselves to “just get on with it”, but the reality is our nervous system keeps score.
Traditional services are often stretched, clinical or only accessible once things escalate. The Mental Wellbeing Club sits in the space before crisis.
The Mental Wellbeing Club works in a nervous system–led, trauma-informed way, which means I help you:
- Recognise signs of stress in your body
- Understand emotional reactions without shame
- Build capacity to cope, not by pushing through, but by learning how to regulate
This isn’t about digging up the past; it’s about building skills for the present.
You’ll receive:
- Early, practical support before stress escalates
- A safe, non-clinical space to land and reset
- Tools to understand your nervous system and emotional responses
- Skills you can use in your daily lives, when life feels challenging
- Human connection
You don’t have to wait until things fall apart to get support. You don’t have to justify your struggle. You don’t have to do it alone.

Support does not have to begin at crisis point.
It can begin here, with curiosity, with connection, with one small step towards feeling supported. I can’t wait to welcome you.
